I contacted Brown & Barron regarding negligence in an assisted living facility. The case involved a family member with dementia whose lack of wound care by the facility led to hospitalization due to an insect infestation. The dedication and persistence of attorneys Brian Brown and Christopher Smith throughout the course of the case resulted in a fair settlement. It gave me satisfaction knowing that I had stood up against a corporation on behalf of my now-deceased family member. They supported me throughout my efforts to represent her, to give her the recognition she deserved, and to hold the facility accountable for denying her proper care.
