I first met Brian Brown in March of 2023 after requesting his representation in the death of my 95 1/2-year-old father, who was then a resident in an assisted living facility in Baltimore. He fell in October of 2020 and died with complications from that fall. I found Brian to be extremely efficient, intelligent, experienced, always prepared, and empathetic. He listened very patiently and answered my questions thoroughly. It was a very upsetting event that happened, and right after meeting Brian and his staff, I had a feeling of reassurance, confidence, and tremendous support. I do not live in Baltimore; I live near the ocean. Brian went out of his way to arrange the use of a conference room a couple of miles away from my home to complete a REQUIRED deposition. This was enormously helpful to me. His staff is equally competent and supportive. Like Brian, they will "push through," removing any and all obstacles to achieve the desired goal(s). I would also like to mention Joshua, who I had regular contact with for monthly updates and assistance with ZOOM calls. He, too, is very kind, patient, and professional, easing a difficult road with computer technicalities and snafus when they occurred. To have to put your heart into the hands of people you don't really know is very tough when you are grieving the unnecessary and totally senseless death of a much-loved, wonderful brother. Starting with the kind and friendly Anthony Milburn at the front desk; to the two Legal Assistants, first Kyle McIntyre, then Joshua Singh, who coordinated everything seamlessly; to each of the multiple attorneys, Brian Brown, Leah Barron, and Megan Whiteside. Until you are, sadly, involved in a situation like this, you are totally unaware of the complexities of the laws and the myriad steps and processes involved. Each member of the firm educated us on what to expect from the courts, from the opposing attorneys, from the mediators, and their own roles.
