Bio

William Baird is an associate attorney with Brown & Barron.

Will was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston, where he studied English Literature and Classics. After completing his undergraduate degree, Will moved to Baltimore to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law. During his first year as a law student, Will gained experience in a judicial clerkship in the Wicomico County Circuit Court. After his second year, Will began a clerkship at Brown & Barron, LLC, and after earning his law degree in 2025, Will was invited to stay at Brown & Barron as an Associate.

Growing up, Will's family was shaped by an act of medical malpractice. Through this experience, Will gained a deep understanding of the difficulties faced by families who have been harmed by medical malpractice and of the importance of dedicated and compassionate advocacy.
