Bio
Christopher T. Casciano is a Partner with the firm. Chris has spent his entire legal career fighting for the rights of injury victims. As an experienced litigator, he helps clients who face health complications stemming from nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other catastrophic personal injuries. He was ranked among Maryland’s Best Lawyers for Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law, as well as the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers and Top 40 Under 40.
Chris has extensive experience fighting for his clients both in and out of court. He is a skilled negotiator who holds insurance companies accountable for what they owe. His commitment to thorough and effective representation earned him inclusion on the SuperLawyers℠ list.
During his time at the University of Baltimore School of Law, he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law.
He is admitted to practice law throughout all of Maryland in both state and federal courts. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the District of Columbia.
Chris is currently a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), and the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA)
