Kristin R. Hosseinzadeh is an associate attorney at Brown & Barron. She has devoted her entire legal career to advocating for victims of personal injury, product liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect. Kristin has achieved excellent results in a variety of complex civil matters, ranging from multi-plaintiff toxic tort litigation to individual medical and products liability cases.
Shortly after graduation from law school, Kristin was an integral part of a trial team that received a jury verdict of over $1.5 billion dollars against a major oil company for injuries and property damages arising from groundwater contamination of families’ private water supply wells. Kristin then continued to fight for victims of other toxic torts injuries. She spent a number of years focused on representing those harmed by exposures to asbestos, particularly where the exposure involved talc and talcum powder products. Kristin’s current practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice, as well as on nursing home abuse and neglect cases. During the course of her career, Kristin has helped recover millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of her clients.
Kristin was born and raised in Towson, Maryland. Kristin is admitted to practice law throughout the state and federal courts of Maryland. She is currently a member of the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), and the Bar Association of Baltimore City (BABC).
