Kristin R. Hosseinzadeh is an associate attorney at Brown & Barron. She has devoted her entire legal career to advocating for victims of nursing home neglect, personal injury, product liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice. Kristin has achieved excellent results in a variety of complex civil matters, ranging from multi-plaintiff toxic tort litigation to individual medical and product liability cases.
Shortly after graduation from law school, Kristin was an integral part of a trial team that received a jury verdict of over $1.5 billion dollars against a major oil company for injuries and property damages arising from groundwater contamination of families’ private water supply wells. Kristin then continued to fight for victims of other toxic torts injuries. She spent a number of years focused on representing those harmed by exposures to asbestos, particularly where the exposure involved talc and talcum powder products. Kristin’s current practice focuses primarily on nursing home abuse and neglect, as well as medical malpractice cases. During the course of her career, Kristin has helped recover millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of her clients.
Kristin is admitted to practice law throughout the state and federal courts of Maryland. She is currently a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Maryland Lawyers’ Campaign Against Hunger, which supports the Maryland Food Bank.
In 2021, Kristin was selected to the Maryland Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, a prestigious distinction that only 2.5% of attorneys receive.
