Litigation Associate

Currently, we are seeking a litigation associate who has a demonstrated history of excellence. This attorney would be focused on litigating nursing home abuse and negligence cases. The position offers a focused and driven attorney the opportunity to gain significant litigation, trial, and management skills. There is also great potential for career development and growth for such a focused and driven attorney. The attorney will have his/her own caseload and, working under the supervision of a partner, will quickly be responsible for managing all aspects of those cases (from investigation to trial).

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials; superior research, writing, and verbal skills; and a strong desire for career growth. Candidates must have a passion and desire to help families whose loved ones have been harmed in nursing homes, and an ability and desire to work hard, learn, and grow. Either Medical Malpractice experience, or experience litigating against corporate defendants (such as in mass torts or class action work) would be helpful, but neither is required.
